We’re proud to announce this exciting addition to our impressive roster of discount programs — giving your dealership a true competitive advantage that will increase foot traffic and create loyalty. This new program is open to eligible paid or volunteer Firefighters, Police — including Police Officers, Sheriffs/Sheriff’s Deputy, Correctional Officers, State Troopers and Federal Law Enforcement Officers — EMTs/Paramedics and 911 Dispatchers. The program started June 1, 2018 and will offer a discount (GM Supplier Price) to eligible First Responders. Eligible vehicle brands included in the program are Chevrolet, Buick and GMC.
GM will be utilizing First Responder ID (ID.me) to verify program eligibility criteria is met for Firefighters (paid or volunteer), Police — including Police Officers, Sheriffs/Sheriff’s Deputy, Correctional Officers, State Troopers and Federal Law Enforcement Officers — EMTs/Paramedic. Once verified they will be able to obtain an Authorization Code for the discount. They should bring the authorization code and a copy of their driver’s license with the license number redacted to the dealership.
911 Dispatchers will create an account at www.gmfirstresponderdiscount.com by clicking on “Sign In/Register.” Once they have created an account they will be able to receive their Authorization Code. They should bring the authorization code and a copy of their driver’s license with the license number redacted to the dealership. They will also need to provide a copy of a valid and current year 911 training and education document, or 911 card that contains the Participant’s full name.

Customers in these professions must be verified through GM First Responder ID (ID.me}, similar to the Military Discount Program. This means less paperwork for you at the time of the vehicle sale. Also, customers must present a valid authorization number and a copy of their driver’s license with the license number redacted.
911 Dispatchers
Customers who are 911 Dispatchers must sign up directly on the program site and will not be verified through ID.me at this time.
Aside from a valid authorization number, 911 Dispatchers must present the following at time of purchase:
