charged a diagnostic fee for a repair that was performed and did not fix the problem. them i paid for another repair that was the real issue. they did give me a 10 percent discount that i dont feel was enough! would not recommend. service advisor was very friendly but was stuck in the middle between a bad service tech and poor store policy.

I currently own a 2026 Chevy ZR2 2500hd I needed warranty work done plus oil change & tire rotation everything was done in under 2hrs as promised. Vinny in service was great to deal with.He had explained everything and assured me it will be taken care of. What brought me to this dealer was they had the Sierra with configuration closest to my wants and needs. However I would not shop this dealer again. I got the truck I wanted and I’ve moved on so I’ll leave it at that. I’m now shopping to replace my wife’s Acadia but will not visit Cynthia at Jim Curley.
